Chelsea Adkins is an instructor in EKU’s School of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from EKU in 1999, and earned a master's degree (also from EKU) in Loss Prevention & Safety in 2003.

Greetings everyone.

I am Dr. Fred May. I teach emergency management in the Homeland Security (HLS) Program in the Department of Safety and Security (DSS) at Eastern Kentucky University.
